General Policy Statement |
- By submitting payment for our vacation rental, you are agreeing that you have read our rental policies attached. Please sign the agreement and return immediately to fax # (650) 551-8919.

| Cancellation Policy Statement |
- Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of this reservation may result in a cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs PRIOR to 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be $100. If cancellation occurs WITHIN 60 days of arrival date, all rental payments will be forfeited, unless the space is re-rented. If your unit is re-booked for the same period, a full refund (less $100. cancellation fee) will be made. If a portion of your time is re-booked, a pro-rata portion of the rental payments will be refunded (less $100.00 cancellation fee).

| Payment in Full Policy |
- 4 Weeks prior to Arrival
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booked for arrival date within 30 days, entire payment is due upon booking. A $60 cleaning fee will be charged on all Studio stays of less than 7 days and a $100 cleaning fee will be charged on all stays in the Main House of less than 7 days.

| Deposit Policy Statement |
- 50% deposit (or $250 whichever is greater) is due immediately upon booking. If paid by check, payment is to be recieved within 7 days of booking.
